A. Yes. You can use as many or as few selections as you want. However, this may impact the customization of your search. If you search only by county or city, ALL organizations operating within the city or county selected will appear, regardless of the service offered. If a drop-down is left empty, no filters will be applied to that category.
A. Yes, searching only by keyword will yield any organizations that have included your keyword in their title or description of services.
A. Yes! Multiple selection is possible for all drop-down categories (i.e. you can select more than one city or county) and this will widen the search results available to you. So instead of only getting senior or veteran services, you will now get results that serve veterans AND/OR seniors.
